Jan 29, 2015 · A 60 rear is a waste of time and not even that strong when compared to an 80rear or the 14bolt. Yea a 60 rear is basically an FJ80 rear with Tacoma axle shafts. Almost all full float 60's are 30 spline. The only benefit is much lower gear ratios available.
